AI Additional Terms of Use

Boco Toys utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology to create personalized audio stories, voices, and music for children. These AI Additional Terms of Use ("AI Terms") govern your use of the AI-Powered Features (as defined below) provided by Boco Toys and supplement our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

By using the AI-Powered Features of the Boco App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these AI Terms.

AI-Powered Features

Boco Toys may offer various AI-powered features to create engaging and personalized content for children ("AI-Powered Features"), including, but not limited to:

• AI-generated story narratives based on your prompt or idea
• AI-generated character voices and audio narration
• AI-generated background music and sound effects
• Personalized story recommendations
• Adaptive content tailored to the child's preferences

Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive to provide safe, accurate, and age-appropriate AI-generated content, you acknowledge and understand that AI technology may not be error-free. The accuracy and quality of AI-Powered Features may vary based on factors such as the prompt provided, system limitations, and the capabilities of third-party AI providers. Therefore, Boco Toys does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated story, audio, or music content.

Boco Toys disclaims any liability for the prompts provided by users and the output generated by the AI-Powered Features. We regularly review and monitor AI outputs to maintain safety and quality standards appropriate for children.

User Responsibilities

When using the AI-Powered Features of the Boco App, you agree to:

• Provide story prompts that are appropriate and do not contain violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
• Not submit prompts that include personal information about real individuals.
• Not attempt to circumvent content safety filters or generate content that violates any applicable law.
• Not mislead any person that AI-generated content was solely human-created.
• Report any inappropriate, inaccurate, or unexpected AI-generated content to us at appboco@gmail.com.
• Ensure that account registration and use of AI features is performed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited content.

Third-Party AI Providers

The AI-Powered Features are delivered through the following third-party AI services:

• OpenAI (Privacy Policy, Usage Policies) — story text and narrative generation.
• Google Gemini (Privacy Policy) — story and voice content generation.
• Suno (Privacy Policy) — background music and audio track generation.

Each provider is an independent company operating under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. Boco Toys is not responsible for changes to the availability, features, or policies of these third-party services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the AI-Powered Features provided by Boco Toys, including the underlying models, integrations, and content delivery systems, are owned by or licensed to Boco Toys.

AI-generated stories, audio, and music produced through the App are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the App only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish AI-generated content outside the App without our prior written consent.

We do not claim ownership of the story prompts you submit. However, by submitting a prompt you grant Boco Toys a limited license to transmit that prompt to our AI providers solely to generate your requested content.

Privacy and Data

Boco Toys is committed to protecting your privacy. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you use AI-Powered Features, story ideas or text prompts you enter, and audio recordings you submit for transcription, may be transmitted to the relevant third-party AI provider. Your name, email address, account ID, and any other personal identifiers are never sent to AI providers.

We do not use your prompts or AI-generated content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — neither our own nor any third party's. We never sell your data or permit third parties to use your data for their own model training.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boco Toys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the AI-Powered Features, including but not limited to errors, inaccuracies, unexpected outputs, or interruptions in service caused by third-party AI providers.

Modifications to These AI Terms

Boco Toys reserves the right to amend or modify these AI Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and notifying you via email when changes are material. We encourage you to check this page regularly.

If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to discontinue use of the AI-Powered Features or delete your account. Your continued use of AI features following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified AI Terms.
